TR 220 and comp 918 questions

TR 220 and comp 918 questions I currently run these two in my truck have had them for awhile now,
so my question is how long should these be good for, the lobes on the TR cam arent to aggressive from what i've heard, so should they last a little longer than (20k) miles, (what i found in the search)
