Default PTV clearance question.

I have a G5x2 (232/240 .598/.610 112 Lsa +2) and was considering some 5.3 truck heads that are milled .007 for compression on bottle. But would the cam fit without flycutting is the question??
Thanks
-Chris

I would say NO.
.007 is not a mill it is more like a decking. But I'm assuming those are ported 5.3's with bigger valves than stock.

Naw, Chris it won't fit. That cam is very close on Stock heads with stock valves. I'd flycut and be done with it. That is the situation I was in and I said hell with it and bought a short block.
