700RWHP Cam Help
Unlike a turbo that is very overlap sensitive, you can get away with more overlap with a SC.
If you have a good flowing exhaust valve/port and system, then the early exhaust opening isn't so important. The exhaust closing can be extended to well after TDC for some extra overlap.
The good thing about the overlap being on the ATDC side is that you get the powerful sound at idle, but yet the idle is strong. This certainly isn't important for power, but just a small plus.
You could pick a cam out yourself with these type of things in mind, but it's usually best to pay for a specific consult from an expert. Otherwise you may leave 100hp on the table and/or just not be happy with the results.
Sometimes people find that it takes 3 or more different tries at camshafts to get the one they really want.
Those are just my ideas FWIW

If its Centrifugal you are talking about, its going to be the same thing as a Turbo. They both utilize centrifugal blowers, just one is spun off the crank and one is spun up by the force of the exhaust. Both force air into your engine at higher than atmospheric pressures so I don't see how they would be any different.
If I am wrong please correct me.
