Default Is this a blown head gasket?

I just picked up a 1998 Trans Am.
It has 133,000 miles on it. Problem is it puffs air out of the oil fill when the cap is off, it also has a major miss.
It doesn't have and coolant in the oil or oil in the coolant.
I just got it and haven't had much time to look into it. Could it be a head gasket? Maybe a piston problem, I heard rumor the guy who used to own it used to put junkyard gas in it so it probably had a lot of detonation.

Piston or ring problems, make sure the PCV is working also.

I did look around and find the pcv disconnected, that and a hose in the back that might have gone to a round thing on the back of the drivers side valve cover. If I blow air into the oil fill with the hose to the TB blocked off it comes out of the round thing. It also sounds like it's leaking out from under the intake, not sure.
Would this cause air to puff out though?

Tomorrow I guess I'll do a compression check.
