Depends. Used springs can be a little sketchy to buy. If the mileage is low on them and you trust the selling is telling the truth about them; then its pefectly fine.
918's are highly recomended. But it also depends on what cam you are going with.

you break the .590 mark on a cam lift you might want to go double just for insurance. It will end up paying for itself with the extra cost instead of having lasting damage or replacing springs constantly.
however they are rated up to .600, but that will slighty diminish over time. and the fact that they are used it is hard to tell the care that they have had or not had in the past.

I had no issues using 918s with my B1 cam. That was well under the .600 lift limit though.
Personally, I'd rather buy something like valvesprings new rather than used.

I have the 918's on mine with a .558/.558 camshaft and they do just fine. I did opt to purchase the titanium locks and good retainers with them as well. Take care and happy holidays to you and yours.
