I just perchased a new LS2 aluminum block today and want to build a 418cid. with 4.100 stroke crank and 6.125 rods and 4.030 bore I need to know if i can bore this block .030 safely ,I have read were some body did it and worked find is this true ??????

Most people would not do the .030, I just ordered a LS2 402 and was asking about a 408 LS2 and they didn't like the idea of going .030 on the LS2 block.
