I'm running an MS3 with a TCI 4400 and 3.23s. It's a great combination that I daily drive. It's a great DD cam for being on the larger side of camshafts. With a good tune, you should not have any problems if you're trying to drive it everyday. The MS3 also works VERY well on the bottle.

MS3 should be good for you. With your stall, it won't be an all out drag/track setup, but for the street that stall should be good. Try the 3.23's for now, and if it sucks down low (which I doubt with the stall) then go bigger. 3.23's might actually be nice...more top end.
