cam swap worth it?

Here are the specs that were recommended to me: 226/231 .556 .530 112 lsa. Is it worth the time and money over the tr224/224 .563 .563 112lsa that I already have. My numbers are in my sig. How much should I expect to gain?
This cam was spec'ed per my application and current combo so not looking for cam suggestions.

I would say no. It's too similar to justify opening things up again, and especially not enough to justify paying someone else to do so.

I agree, no.........I have the MS3 and like it alot. Cant wait to add headers adn catback to the car, and a tune.
