Default Is it worth it??

Im wanting to do heads on my car. I have all the boltons. The cam I have is a 216 220 .522 .522 on 116lsa. Wanting to know should I go with a 5.3 head over and Ls1 head? It seems the price on the Ls1 heads are cheaper but not as much performance gain. I have been looking at the TEA Stg 1-1.5 5.3 and ls1 head, Et heads which are kinda pricey, and just going with a good ol set of 2e MTI heads. What do you guys think?

For your cam, TEA Stage 1 5.7L heads (under/around $1K) flow incredible low and mid numbers and only die off at .550-.600 range (way out of your cam's range). Check 'em out.
