Default 402 guys I need some input!

Ok,
I recently had installed a built transmission (rated at 800 HP), 3500 stall, and 12 bolt. I was going to put a radical cam and heads in it, but instead I have decided to build a 402 to drop in it...

Here's what I have so far...

6.0 Liter LQ9 iron block, 4.000-inch bore, 3.622 stroke
4.00-inch crank
6.125 I-beam rods
4.000 forged Ross and Manley pistons
LS6 ported heads 11.2:1, 65cc combustion chamber, 28 degrees advance to avoid detonation on pump gas
Fast intake
90mm throttle body
pacesetter headers

Basically I am new to this and I wanted to know if the parts from my 2000 ls1 will bolt up to this new set-up? What are the parts I need? (timing chain, dry pump oil system, etc.....) I haven't decided on the cam yet, but might have one custom made for the setup. The main thing I don't know is how the PCM works with this setup. Can my HP tuner be good enough to change what I need? Any info about anything would help, always open to criticism that way I get it right the first time!
Thanks Guys
