Just got a new cam heres my stuff 
Pacesetter headers, TSP Y-Pipe, SLP loud mouth, LS7 Clutch, LS2 corvette Flywheel, 2002 slave, master, pilot bearing, Lid, ported MAF, Free ram air mod, I got a TSP 231/237 .598/.595 112*LSA and Thunder Racing hardened pushrods, 7.400",PRC Golds duwl springs. This Should make a good difference from a bone stock 99 Z28 with 85,000 miles on original exhaust Not bad for 1st month of owning the car

i got your exact exhaust setup...except i have hi-flows as well...and well if u like it loud and SICK as **** sounding...then well, you'll love it
On the other hand if your like my buddy an would rather just have a deep, mellow, but good sounding exhaust WRONG CHOISE!!!!
With stock internals my car freakin screams under normal drivin....
