ok my car is 98 z28 a4 with all the bol-ons has mid lenght headers off-road y-pipe,3600stall, built 348bottom, stage 2 heads cam is .230/.227 duration .591/.571lift lobe seperation @112 car ran consistent 11.8 @114mph raceweight is 3555 with driver car dyno 399rwhp 445 rwtrq i want to hit low 11's what cam should help me get my goal. also i am putting a 200 shot of gas car dyno 515rwhp with a 150 shot.

 

You should be able to do better than 11.8 with heads and cam, 400 rwhp and 425 rwtq (?) in an A4 with 3600 stall. What was the DA? What about your 60'?

Cam swap alone isn't going to get you a half second or anywhere close (assuming low 11's means at least an 11.3).

What heads? Who tuned it? What intake? Ported TB, lid, CAI, underdrive pulley all there?

 

car has 98 ls1 stage 2 heads cnc ported and built 348 short block built by LME car was tuned by MTI it has pulley,ls6 intake,ported TB,mac-mid lenght headers,off-road -pipe,MTI lid,3:73 gears,borla exhaust,i ran with m/t et streets 26x10.5-15,vigilante 3600 stall, car ran 11.806 @ 115.15mph and 7.522@ 92.01 60'ft was 1.66 race weight is 3555with driver.

 

You need a better 60'. I have a tr230/224 cam only. and ran a 11.90 NA and dyno'd 390 RWHP.
