Default What head gasket for 99 LS1?
Its a 99 with stock heads. Should I be using the GM head gaskets for the 02-04s(P/N 12498544)?

A lot of people like the Cometics. Just put mine together for the third time - this time with stock graphite gaskets since I don't spray and I'm not running ridiculous compresssion. Cometics let me down.
