Default Upgrading Rod Bolts... What else??

I am planning on adding an ASA cam, LS2 timing chain and Katech rod bolts. This is all on a stock 99 engine. Anything else I should consider while I am at it. What will be the limiting factor once the timing chain and rod bolts are replaced? Would like to rev to about 6700-6800.

Also I am going to add a TPIS oval intake and TB and a set of ASA heads but that will be later.
