Default connecting rod weights

How much does a stock ls1 connecting rod weigh? How does it compare to and eagle h-beam or a lightwt such as a crower i-beam?

Crower's light rods are the Maxilights. Weight depends on model 93's which are 4340 or 94s which are 300M or equivalent (lighter). They also come in 5 versions depending on application (oval/road race or drag) and HP/rpm level. They also can be ordered in different journal sizes.

Most serious oval 355-358 SBCs use 1.88 or 1.78 rod journals if the rules allow.
