Default valvetrain questions (sorry so long)

Hey there folks hope this dossent get to long for you guys. I am going to be ordering an f13 for my 99 SS. I was wondering if I should order the manley dual spring kit from futural or get the patriot dual gold kit and buy my own pushrods.? Which springs would yall recommend , I will have stock heads and dont plan on running past 6800 rpms, probably 6600 shift points. also ive seen a few people recommend using a 7.425 pushrod instead of stock 7.400, which should i use and which will run quieter. I hope I am not asking to many dumb question but i cant find to many good answers by searching. While im here boring people to death what do you guys think of my coice of cam for my set up which is, pacesetters lt, ls6 intake,42# injectors (100-150 shot dry), TSP catted y , GMMG and a yank SS3600 converter. So far the bolt-ons with a 100 shot and no ls6 intake has got ma a best of 7.3x @ 92 mph in the 1/8. Im hoping for sixes , think ill make it?

I suppose your choice in springs and PR's would depend on package pricing, or if it would be cheaper somewhere else. Thunder Racing has a nice kit with cams.

My tech knowledge isn't that great, so fwiw.

Get the ones that Futral says to run with their cam.

Either spring kit will be fine.
As for pushrod length, 7.40's will work but you'll have a noisy valvetrain if you keep the stock rockers.
To quiet things down a bit, you can use 7.425's Comp Cam.

How many miles do you have on your lifters?

I don't think you can go wrong with either spring set, and purchasing all from Futral has the advantage of them recommending the correct parts for your setup.

You should, I made it 10.990 on a 50 shot dry with 7.008 1/8th, so yeah 100 shot dry should do it. (Vig 3200)

I personally prefer the patriot spring setup because of the super 7 machined valve lock
and titanium retainer package.Ask Allen Futural about the pushrod length as he will know much the basecircle has been reduced on the cam.Best of luck on your project.
