Default rattling coming from somewhere

Ok guys heres the rundown, over the past few days I have noticed a noise that sounds alot like a really loud exhaust leak, not hissy, the rattling leak, kind of like its rattleing a bolt. Well I checked all connections and welds and gaskets, no leaks or signs of carbon. Ok now here the weird part, i know my drivers side pipe is rattling because of its connection, but i have heard that many times and thats not it. I am hearing loud rattles when I set the idle speed to 1200 in hptuners scanner from the tranny bellhousing AND from just under the muffler and all through the pipes. Its loudest at the muffler, which part of me thinks it could be a broke baffle in the flowmaster, but why would that rattle under the bellhousing. This is superhard to track down exactly where its comign from, but those are the loudest points, which confuses me more b/c they are so far apart. Could I have engine bearings going out or what are the signs of bent pushrod or broken spring or rocker arm?
