Torquer v2 good with stock rev limiter??
Stock rev limiter is a hinderance and all you're going to do is bounce off of it all the time. If you wish to keep a stock rev range, check out Thunder Racing's Old Man Cam or something like that.
With your 2000 model you will be safe at 6500-6600 rpms. I went 6800 on my previous 01 model, (stronger rodbolts with 01/02s) and will set my current car to 6800 as well when I install the heads/cam on/in it.
Don't be afraid to rev that car out more with a new cam and upgraded valvetrain, it's perfectly safe. Good luck!
Proven XE cam that can reach 400/400 easy with bolt ons and can be shifted low (6300).
In any case you'll need tuning and 6300 is peanuts (supersafe)
Because, if that clutch can't rev above 6K, then it will not hold any more trq from a cam and it is flimzier than a stock clutch.
