Default car bogging bad

Posted a while back on this same sub ( there are a number of people who have the same experience) but have no fixes for this yet. Hopefully someone can help with some answers. Between 1500-2000 rpm my car just bogs down so bad that it makes me embarassed to drive. I haven't thrown any codes although im pretty sure a good diagnostic tool could dig deeper than my lil actron scanner. I am running really rich and it does have alot of miles, 120,000. When it bogs down i really dont hear any knocking noises or any abnormal drivetrain noise...just sputtering. I have to push the pedal or put it in D just to get out of that range....SOOOOOO any ideas??? Please help...i dont know if i should continue to drive i'm worried i might do more damage. Try to shhot me in the right direction guys...thanks

Do the O2 sensors have 120k on them ? If so that's a good bet...
