So when I get some new heads, do you think it would be better to go with the 225's over there 215's? I have the stock 346.
If you plan on making it only a street car I would go with a small 22x cam and 215 heads. If you plan on going to the track and shifting @ 6800 or so than 225s.

Both cars are going to end up with direct port and standalone fuel systems. My setup is done for the 6 speed 240cc/346 combo. The 346"/225 is going to be N/A for a couple of races than direct port is going on.

It will be mainly a strip car that see's an occasional cruise to work and around town to get out some pent up frustrations!

Again, thanks for the guidance and information! Keep us posted on your progress.

Obviously you'll want a cam, but other than that, you will need longer pushrods. You can use stock rockers, make sure to specify when ordering so you can get the stock rocker pedestal. You will need spacers for the valve covers, as Phil has posted in another thread, or like myself, gut the internals of your valvecovers (I have not seen any ill effects to this, although I know its not the absolute best answer. Reminds me I need to check my catchcan).
