Heads on a 6.0?

Heads on a 6.0? i've got a 6.0 shortblock im going to put into my rcsb and it is head-less right now. i won't be anything to special my 221 cam and a stall etc.
my question is what heads and head gaskets should i go with?
I thought i could just use the heads off my 5.3 with 6.0 head gaskets, does this sound allright? compression?
Another question i know the 4.8 and 5.3 heads have 1.89" intake valves correct, well i have some 2.00" valves i can put in there, is this worth it? will i have to modify the head any?

sorry guys its a truck, no one will respond in the truck forums very often. i don't have 1300 to spend.
