6.0L heads are usually welded up in the chamber to reduce chamber volume. Patriot's "LS6 Style" heads are a perfect example. They're available in 59cc.
Heads will typically gain about 35-40rwhp. I just recently finished up a brand new PRC ls6 port that flows some crazy air
