Lately, my car has been pulling great.... Except on the freeways when it shifts from 2nd gear into 3rd. These past 3 days, the car has intermittantly been locking the tq converter up on the 2-3 shift at WOT, making the car appear to be dying like a GT into 3rd! I know its the tq converter because one of the times it did this, a few seconds after it engaged into 3rd and felt like it died, I could actually feel the tq converter unlocking; felt sorta like a small nitrous hit. Should I go to GM about this problem and try to get my converter replaced? I still have a year left on the warranty. Or is it more of a tuning problem?
