Default Proper Sequence?

Hi, I'm getting ready to torque the mains on my 6.0 liter ( iron), and I was wondering if it uses different torque specs then the al version, and what is the proper sequence ? I 've always gone from the middle cap and worked my way out ward, but ls's are a lil differnt alot of times frm other engines, so, I figured I'd ask...
thanks
Tim
