Default H/C Setup

I was just going to do a cam swap in my car courtesy of uncle Sam, but he suprised me this your and is giving me alot more money back. I was thinking of going with a TR227 or a TR230 and a set of PP LS6 style heads. I want to go with a 59cc chamber to bump my compression but I don't know if I will have PTV problems. I've searched and can't really find anyone running this setup. I don't want to flycut, just bolt on, tune and go. I'm running stock injectors currently but may need to upgrade. Also I have about $2k to spend, give or take(catback not figured into that), so if anyone has any suggestions on a different route or an upgrade, let me know. This is also on a stock bottom end LS1.
