Default LS1 vs LS6 Heads

Hey guys, I have a Cartek stage 2X h/c package waiting to be installed on my car end of this February. The heads are LS1 heads right now and I'm starting to think that since I'm spending X amount of dollars already that I should just go with LS6 castings. It would probably be around 1100-1500 dollars more. What do you think?

I can't speak for Cartek LS6 heads program. I'm sure they kick major ***. But, given CNC ported ls6 (243) castings are being sold for $850 a pair these days, that price increase is hard to justify.

I would use that price differential and apply it to a set of ETP 215's or 225's, or a set of AFR 205's or 225's.
