Default DART HEADS getting the most....

Sorry I had to do it seems the only way to get y'all to read my post was to include the words "Dart Heads".
Here's what I hope you'll tell me now that you're here:
Is it practical to have a machine shop sleeve a damaged lifter bore on a LS1 or should I start over with an undamaged block?
Please forgive the deception and try to be nice when you respond.

lol,

Yes you can have them bush the lifter bore. It's going to be tough since most shops don't have a BHJ fixture to locate the bore in the right place but they can probably get really close.

drove it for a day. guy before me ran it on nos and had it built to some degree. Put all stock parts on before sale and drove it to ohio from florida. I got about 100 miles out of it before the ticking started. Suspect he hurt the bearings, or let stock lifters and rockers dry out with dirty oil in them causing needle bearing failure. Dunno though.
