347 Vs 382/3
Planning a rebuild. engine is out and torn down. Time to start picking parts to go back in.
Simple question, those who have stroked what are your impressions immediately after the change....
was there a noticeable difference in low range torque??
is it worth the cost of the crank to make it happen??
I have decided against the 408 for the time being, so my decision is based solely on what can be done with my existing block.
I am running boost, a procharger currently @ 10PSI.

go more cubes
You can't beat cubic inch, have you looked into the 402, I was going to go back with my 382 but the cost was not that much more for the 402. But at the same time I really see alot of horsepower coming out of the 347 with a power adder not to say they didn't do a lot of top end mods.

So unless someone has an update on the KR sensor issue, I have decided against an LS2 block. Would love to hear that issue is resolved!!!
