i did a search and read how to find a cam size but i am lost.i have a 99 trans am with ported heads and 918 springs 224/224/581/581 cam now.a 4000 stall 4.10 gears 150 shot headers and true duals x pipe.my ? is this cam ganna be best for me or do i get a different one.i really dont want to get different springs thanks

it really depends on what your looking for in a cam. streetablilty? need a little more information.

To make it worthwile, you would have to go to a 228>232 intake duration range with less than .600 lifts.

You would have to shim the springs at least .050

ok no idea what that means i i am asking is what cam can i put in and go with out any other modes i have hptuner also. or maybe what would be a good nitrous cam
