Cam vs. Intake vs. Vacum

Cam vs. Intake vs. Vacum I know alot of people have trouble with their brakes when they start getting into larger camshafts. My question is, does the intake play a role in this? Since I'm wanting to go with the individual TB set-up, will it help my vacum with a larger cam?
