Default Hydro-locking my engine....question before it happens

I'm getting a radiator pressure test and flush done. If a head gasket is leaking into a cylinder won't that pressure test push water/coolant into that cylinder?
If it does and that cylinder fills up can't the engine hydro-lock and get damaged when I turn the key to start it up?

I was thinking of pulling the ignition fuse and just bumping the key for awhile to let it out slowly....will that work or could it still get damaged?

Maybe I should do the pressure check first, then the compression check becasue the plugs have to come out anyway and it'll aloow the water to escape.

I'm getting the pressure check and compression check on all 8 holes for $50.00. Good price???

if the plugs are out you can't hydrolock the engine. Just disconect the coil packs and spin it over a few times.
