Default C5R main stud block side torque specs

The main studs have a spherical end on the block side, indicating they are supposed to be lightly torqued. Some people put loctite on the block side threads and torque them down.

I am wondering what these torque specs are. Any info much appreciated.

Another question if I may..

What do the mains (cap side) torque to? 60 ft-lbs inner, 60 ft-lbs outer, and 20 ft-lbs for the cross bolts was a set of numbers given to me by another builder but he says he got this by educated estimation. Estimation considering what factors, I do not know.

Thanks in advance.
