Same here used the Bosch Platinums years ago in one of my cars since they were supposed to be the best. Car ran like crap a short time later. Changed them out for good ol' ac delco's and problem solved. NGK's for my SS and GTP though.

i have had success and bad times with bosch's. when i had my 3rd gen(92RS 305) they worked great, improved mileage, ran smoother. however, in my '01 with cam and bolt ons. they dont work worth a damn. i put them in my wifes '96 cav and they work good. i have noticed that they tend to work better on a car that has a hei type ignition vs. a coil-on-plug ignition. thats what i have seen by my personal experience. i think for a stock car they'd work great. but for a modded car go with copper.

I've put them in 4 cars now and never had a problem. In fact on my 76 Skylark with the built 350, I almost had to use them as the Bosch plugs are shorter than standard plugs and fit with the headers nice. Only reason I didn't get them this time is the NGK plugs were cheaper and seem to work good as well.
