Cam to big? I have a 232/238 575/585 114lsa. Stage II heads that have been milled .030 and LT's. The SES flashes sometimes and not others. The code it keeps throwing is P0300 Random/Multiple misfires, but I cannot feel it, even when it's flashing. There is never any hesitation and no noticeable surge. I have checked the wires and see no problems. I'v tried to find info on the site but cannot find any situations like mine. 
Can this be a false code?
What else can I check?
Can the PCM values be raised?

Has the car been tuned? Its almost a guarantee that its going to throw that code once a large cam is installed. A good tune will take car of it. If it has, have you checked the plugs, injectors, or the 02 sensors, wiring off the coil packs etc?
I've had that code also and I have a bigger cam than you do. I get it once or twice a month. I've had mine tuned by a guy locally, but I dont worry about it.
Have you had any other check engine lights? I get a system too lean code, and I also get sometimes a code dealing with the EVAP system (says theres a small leak) never got this code before the cam.
I wouldn't worry about it though. Just clear it whenever it comes on.
