Default ARP Head stud questions. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have a probelm on the ARP head studs. I went to put them on my car and according to ARP it says to torq them all to 65FTLBS in the traditional sequence of the Ls1 heads. But the top bolts on the heads (the smaller ones) are only suppost to be torqed to 22FTLBS. Can someone give me the torq specs on these and the torqing order for the ARP STUDS? Also I started to torq the studs down on the new gasket will that hurt it? Will I need to get a new gasket. Also Are the ARP head studs reusable after a install? Just for future referance. Please someone help me. Thanks

Yes they are reusable.

No need for new gaskets...as far as I know.
