Z06 Valves ok in 5.3 heads ?

Z06 Valves ok in 5.3 heads ? Just checking, I"m in the process of porting and polishing my 5.3 heads and I"m eyeing some new valves for them. Will the lightwieght Z06 valves work, aside from needing to unshrough the larger valve ?
I've seen it mentioned that the valves themselves were longer to offset the smaller cam lobe in the Z06s, will that cause any issues ?

the valves will work,you just need to get the right length pushrod.if you are going to an aftermarket cam,it will most likely have a smaller base circle anyway.i would get an adjustable length pushrod to find the correct length for your setup.
