Its more of a all motor cam or so Ive been told, I do know that cam sucks for nitrous or at least it does on my car. If you want a nitous cam you should go with a 112 or 114 lobe separation. Thats what Ive been told.

My bet would be it'll run just fine on a 100 shot, it's when you start with the 200-300 shot that your combination will be less than optimal. 100 will work fine with that grind.

I had a cam similar to that before, 228 232, on a 110. It made 385 through a ls1 intake and mac mid length headers. The cam is for a car that does not have great flowing exhaust. You could spray on it though, and it shoulndnt give you problems unless you are shooting like a 150+ shot.

When I spray mine you can BARELY feel it. Thats with a full bottle and 950 psi. It would hit like hell with my other cam.

From what I understand a larger duration on the intake is for a FI motor and a larger duration on the exhaust is for nitrous. But for FI you want more than a 114lsa because of blow-by

I havent had it dynoed but at the track I only picked up .3 tenths compared to .6 with my nitrous cam, but Im .3 tenths quicker motor for motor.
