Default pushrod and cam ?

I've had the 223 225 564 571 114 cam in for awhile now and was running stock 7.40 push rods with 915 springs, I put in some patriot dual springs and used some 7.35 pushrods untill i found some 7.425 ones.

My question is how much of a lift did i lose with the 7.35 rods?

And with the 7.425 rods does that give me a true lift of 564 571?
thanks, kevin.

Rocker ratio will change lifts but not p-rod length.
p-rod length will change the preload on your lifters (and your geometry to a small degree)
