I'm curious at to whether GM actually balances the bottom end of the LS1's or if they just throw em together and not really worry that much. I was reading how GM's specs were so tight on the LS1 rods ect ect. I know how everybody raves about the cracked rods and euctectic pistons being so close to weight from the factory. Just curious, being I'm thinking about switching a set of pistons from one set of rods to another set of rods.
