What plug gap for 11.8:1 comp 408 using TR6's?

Our LS ignitions system has a lots of voltage. I would think that something in the mid .040 would work good.
I am planning to also run TR 6 between .045 to .050 for my NA set-up with 11.5 to 1 spinning up to 7,200.
