who has the best price for sleeving blocks'?
who has the best price for sleeving blocks'? i'm looking to sleeve a ls1 block I have with a cracked sleeve. I want to sleeve the whole thing while I'm at it so I can bore it and stroke it out for larger displacment. I'm wondering who has a good price to do this and does good work. I"m not looking to buy another block be cause the block is sound other then the sleeve and I want to big bore it. thank's
There is only one person to use when it come to this matter race engine development I learned the hard way i bought a sleeved from BO white and it was a POS deck was warped .011 fixed that cost me 600 on top of the 1200 i payed for it. then the cylinder bored where out of round half way down the cylinder wich caused it to burn alot of oil. Spend a little money now and save your self the anger

how much would it be to sleeve and bore a block out? I want more bore than stroke because I want high rpm power

You get what you pay for. I am the owner of a $2500+ junk block (thanks Joe Prince) that had a hairline crack because the #1 Darton sleeve was incorrectly installed by I don't know who. Got another done by RED on the way.

thank's it look's like everyone in pretty much one the same page here. I understand it's not alway's lowest bidder but looking around at differnt block's I've seen hugh price differnces. thanks agian.
