I am looking to buy heads next week sometime. I was thinking about going with the Ls6 style cnc 243's from patroit. Whats the diff in thoes compared to the stage II?

PTV clearence is something i have been hearing alot about. When do i need to worry about this? Anytime you buy heads or just if your intentions are on milling them.
Any suggestions will be great.

The stage 2 heads will have larger valves. But the ls6 heads are true 243 castings. Both have their own virtues. Youre probably not talking about any more than a handful of HP difference between the two as they both flow well. Unless youre milling the heads or running an enormous cam, dont worry too much about P to V.
