going price of an LS1?

going price of an LS1? think ill be going with a 408 long block within the year. how much could i realisticly expect to sell my LS1 for? i have the stock heads, cam and what not for it still and i think i will sell the motor like that then sell my heads and cam separately. any ideas? 45k miles and its in great shape and doesnt use a drop of oil either
