ET Head owners On my ET 215's heads, I have notice a small 1/8" miss alignment of on the exhaust ports with the header gasket and header when bolted up.
I had to elongated the bolt holes in both the header gasket and header to make it fit without and obstruction of the exhaust track.
It looks like the port and the bolt hole pattern did not jig up correctly. I had to move the header up and to the right 1/8”.
Other then this small issue these heads look awesome and measure up extremely well.
All intake and exhaust valves sat in the seats +/- .002 from the deck.
All combustion chambers measure the same cc.

Didnt have that issue with my 225's. I know they had a tap depth issue but I heard they caught them in time before shipment. Mine measured up very nicely also. GL

I didn't notice any alignment issues on my 225s, I'll have to remember to check on day.
I did run into the tap depth problem
but I was supposed to have the first set of 225s shipped out. I wish they had told me about it. When I called to make sure they knew, they said they knew about it and had already corrected the problem.

mis I did notice when I was dynoing last week, it was a small overlap, so I ground the gasket and hedder to match. No gains, no losses. Just to let you know. It depends on what hedder and gasket you use too. it is mostly in the upper corner of one side of the port. We will correct that.
