From what it looks like everyone has there own opinion of how to allow more air in. I just decided to adjust the screw becasue it can be backed off if you go to much. By drilling the hole, if you go to big then your screwed. I don't think either method is neccesarily wrong. Just your personal preferance for what it looks like.

I know throttle body blades that have been drilled to big and then filled with JB weld and sanded smooth to start over drilling in another spot
