Default rod bearing chamfer

Ok,
Im assembling my new shortblock and i just recieved the new bearings. The speed pro bearings have a chamfer on the inner face on the outer side of the bearing and im not refering to the locating groove, now i need to make sure the chamfer is facing out towards the crank when they are installed, correct??

Yes the chamfer goes towards the crank. It needs the chamfer for the fillet radius of the crank.

Thank you,
I was questioning this because the guy at the local speed shop said it was opposite on LSX engines.
