Default Problems with PCV system

My pcv valve has been getting stuck a lot on my 98ls1 it has the bbk ssi manifold and is a standard inline pcv valve . It has eaten a little bit of oil and i replaced it but i was wondering if this problem could cause some power loss.

You have a pic of this manafold? Haven't head much about it. Yes, the pcv getting sutck oopen is going to cause problems, I would get a new valve, or remove the system and put some preathers on the car... either way would be better then having it stuck open. Oil in teh intake is not good, causes detonation, dirty's up teh heads, pistons, etc.etc. Nothing goo dis gonna come from it.
