Default Milling heads - will alignment dowels bottom out?

Im milling my heads .040 tonight. Will the alignment dowel pins bottom out against the block and the head? Will I have to file those down a bit? I dont want my first clue to be coolant pissing out the side of the motor!

Thanks!

Those are old pics. Theyre pretty clean now. Ready to mill and bolt them down.
