Anybody know what tap size I need for the end of the crank??

I beleive it's an M16....don't quote me but I think that's it. Let me go in the garage and check for you.

If you're talking about the stock sized bolt it's an M16x2.0

Yes it is a M16x2.0 but remember the threads are resessed deep inside the end of the snought and a standard length tap may not be long enough to clean them up if this is what you are after.
