well just want to know is there anybody runing the MTI stg2 R heads with this size motor

You can but it is recomended to run stage III big bore chambers instead. Unless you are at very high compression (like 12.5:1 +), you would be leaving lots of power on the table.
And if you did so, you better pay attention to your cam grind for DCR values.

Sal,

Those heads could be opened up to get the job done. It'll cost a bit, but they will work. Like Predator stated the upgrade will be well worth the $$. You could always sell them and buy a set more appropriate for your big bore plans.

Those are really good heads for the 3.90 bore/smaller cube guys. There is a market for them.
